FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Can I use a different shipping address other than my billing address?
Yes, in order to use an alternate shipping address you will need to add another shipping address to your bank account so that when you enter your billing information the system will recognize it. If you pay using your PayPal account you need to log into your account and change the address to the address where you want the order to be shipped before placing the order.

2. When will my order be shipped?
It usually takes 1-2 business days to size and ship rings. Plain wedding bands take 5-6 business days to be made in a specific size. Items that do not need to be sized or altered in any other way (earrings, rings in stock sizes, necklaces) can be shipped same business day if the order is placed before 2pm EST.

3. Will I receive an email after the order is placed?
Yes, we will send an email immediately after an order is received. If you did not receive an email with order confirmation please check your Spam-folder. Some Yahoo email accounts have more aggressive Spam-filters and may prevent important emails from reaching their intended destinations. If you do not hear from us within 1 business day after placing the order please give us a call.

4. Can I track my order? Yes, you can track the progress of your order and shipment. To track your order please click Order Status

5. What shipping method do you use?
We use FedEx Express insured service. When placing the order you will have an option to chose either FedEx Overnight delivery or FedEx Second Day service. For international shipments please use FedEx Express Economy or FedEx Express Priority service.

6. What is your return policy?
A product can be returned within 30 calendar days from the day of it's shipment. You will receive a full refund less shipping fee as soon as the item arrives. The item must be in unworn like-new condition in order to qualify as a returnable item. If it was shipped with a Certificate, the Certificate must be returned as well.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments, PayPal, Amazon payments, money orders, bank checks, and personal checks. If the payment is made using a personal check it will take at least 7-8 business days to clear before we can ship the product.

8. Do you offer any type of warranty?
Yes, we offer a life-time warranty on all our products. The warranty covers loose or lost accent stones and gold breakage. Please note, the warranty only covers repairs that are a result of manufacture defects. It does not cover any defect of damage that are a result of misuse. Furthermore, the warranty will not cover lost or broken center stones or damage resulted from sizing or altering the item by other jeweler other than Bell Jewels.

9. Are your diamonds and gemstones natural?
Yes, we only sell natural mined diamonds and gemstones. Bell Jewels specializes in colored diamond jewelry and fine gemstone jewelry.

10. Are your colored diamonds treated?
Blue, green and yellow diamonds are color-enhanced. They have been heated under high pressure. The color is permanent and it will never fade away. Champagne and cognac diamonds have not been treated in any way. Unlike our competitors, we never sell clarity-enhanced diamonds; as this greatly devalues the stones. All our diamonds have 100% natural clarity and have not been drilled and/or filled with any substances.

11. I am not sure about my ring size. What should I do?
All our item are manufactured in the ordered size. Of course, we can resize rings if they do not fit, but sizing does alter the structural integrity of rings. Also, for most rings it is easier to size up then down. This is why we highly recommend that all our customers visit their local jeweler to determine their ring size prior to the purchase. This way you can make sure that you enjoy your ring from day one.

12. Why is your jewelry priced so low?
Unlike our competitors and local jewelry stores we do not deal with middle-men. We buy gems directly from the source. We manufacture our jewelry ourselves. As a web based business we have low overhead costs. As a result, we are able to keep our prices extremely competitive while offering high quality merchandise.

13. Do you offer financing?
Yes, we can arrange a layaway payment plan. We will need a 20% deposit to reserve an item. The payments can be made using credit cards, money orders/checks, Paypal. You will have 6 months to pay for the item and if the price of the item goes up during that period we will honor the original purchase price.

14. Can I order a custom-made product?
Yes, Bell Jewels specializes in custom-made and one of a kind products. You can send us a picture, drawing, or simply explain what you are looking for and we will give you a price quote. Most custom orders can be completed within 6-7 business days.

15. Can I give a suggestion?
